A great couple of nights at this hotel. Very conveniently located between 2 tube stops. Lots of cafes, restaurants, etc nearby. Lovely part of London. The staff were friendly upon arrival and we were checked in quickly. They also safely stored our bags as we arrived before check in time. Our room was 2 twin beds as requested, and was an L shaped room which worked out perfectly for my mum and I. Bear in mind this is an old historical building so the hallways are narrow and the rooms are creaky! All facilities worked well, shower was hot and toiletries fully stocked. The windows opened but only from the top and not fully so the room did get slightly stuffy in the sun. Please also note they take a £50 refundable deposit upon check in which was not confirmed prior to stay. I am still awaiting this being returned to my credit card. I will however stay here again if I’m in the area.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend, and we were celebrating what few treats in central London. Even though we live here, it makes such a difference to stay somewhere central to be able to walk to and from places and see another side of our fabulous city. The room was compact but hugely comfortable, quiet (despite facing the road) and well laid out. We slept well both nights. The following morning we were treated to a well curated breakfast with warm and friendly staff (notably Cecilia, who was so lovely). We enjoyed our stay here so much that we will definitely make this our base for future central London weekends.

Absolutely lovely hotel in an excellent location, across the street from Gloucester Road underground station and a 10-15 minute walk from Harrods/ Knightsbridge. There are also buses that take you straight to Westfield Shepherd’s Bush and Marylebone. As a solo traveller I felt safe and the facilities were nice but a bit outdated. Old furniture and quite dark rooms. But the staff makes up for it, everyone were friendly and welcoming. I was greeted and checked in by Janet who was not only beautiful but also helpful and accommodating.

Location. Nice neighbourhood. Value for money. The room’s window can actually open slightly. Super comfy bed and big medium support pillows. Requested for my single room booking to came with a bath although this was not confirmed at all but in the room 350 given was a bath of a decent size in the bathroom. It’s a big plus after tiredness from late travelling and lots of walking. Thank you! :) The buffet breakfast is well worth it. If you get to offer the special discount get it!

We stayed in the suite which gave us ample room to move around or just hang out. The location was perfect with many different restaurant choices just a short walk away. With the Gloucester tube stop nearby basically anywhere in London you might want to go is just minutes away. The staff was absolutely outstanding and everyone we dealt with could not have been more pleasant.
